do ford taurus end up burning?

I owned a ford taurus and it was a great car. It may depend on the year. Your best bet is to check out consumer reports online. Put in the make, model, and year of the car and it will tell you if there are any problems with it.

My mom had a 90 Taurus wagon that served her well dispite not knowing much about cars, but it was getting long in the tooth (starting to rust). She is 78 years old (widow) and had not planned on ever buying another car, but somebody she knew wanted it. So she sold it and my brother helped her pick out a new Toyota Prius. That is only the 2nd new car my parents ever bought (the other was a base Ford Fiesta many years ago).

With any car, it primarily depends how it was cared for (especially oil and other fluid changes at recommended intervals).

A lot of people dont like Ford cars because of their past history. Type in the vehicles name and year and search for recalls to see what things should be payed more attention too. Maybe its a model that had no recalls that year

tauruses are good cars our police dept uses the ford taurus they are made pretty well to withstand the load of a police dept..

it's a really safe car.

I had one for 2 years. it was a 1998 model.

but the transmission went out n mine at 130k miles or so. other than that no problems.

It's all gossip down the wise cracker line,someday they're telling you you aint gonna look so fine,cause if you use it you gonna looose it...Taurus is fine.

I use to own one too awhile back. It was a good car to me. It never broke down on me. Mine was good.
