I love this riddle.
A man is driving to the airport to leave for a buisness trip. Unfortunately he realizes he left important paper work at his office. He goes into his office but before reaching the elevator the night guard, who stays there every night, stops him. He tells him he had a dream the past night that his plane would crash and all the passengers die. The man trusts him and doesn't get on his plane. The next morning he reads in the news that the flight did crash and all the passengers did die. The man rushes to the office that night, gives the night guard a million dollars, and then he fires him. Why did the man fire the guard who saved his life?

Hmm I'm an excellent riddle solver but since there are no best answers then I'm stumped.Uh because the guard hired Osama Bin Ladden to crash the plane?

The plane crashed into his office and burned the important paper work?

becuase he said last NIGHT he had a dream and hes a NIGHT guard so he was sleeping on the job

i think the night guard had something to do with the flight crash. i think he paid him for sparing his life and fired him cause it was his fault!

The guard did his job.
He saved his life.
What else is there for him to do.
He made sure the guard had enough to live on.
