Projections on Kazmir Pitching?
Think he's fully healed? Wasn't too impressive in his start back. What do you think his fantasy impact value will be aside from strikeouts?

Kazmir will be fine eventually. He did have that rough start and I might not start him until he has a good one, but he's an awesome pitcher with good stuff. He will be back to 2007 form in no time. I project him getting 11 wins, 170 Ks, 3.60 ERA, and a 1.27 WHIP.
Remember that he has had under a 3.50 ERA in the last 2 years and over 160 Ks both years (over a K an inning in both years too).

No one other than Kazmir and TB knows if he is healthy. I would assume that he is or TB wouldn't be sending him out to the mound. It might take him 2 or 3 more starts to really get back in the flow of pitching. With that in mind, any "projections" you get are going to be SWAG.
When healthy, Kazmir is a top 10 pitcher and will average a K per inning with a low ERA, WHIP, and BAA.
If Kazmir is a free agent, pick him up. He is definitely worth the risk.
