Are my boobs too small?
I'm 15 and I stopped growing, I'm 5'4 and slightly overweight but my boobs are not proportional to my body. Have they completely stopped growing? Is there a way to get them bigger?
This is a serious question, so serious answers.

Genetics has a lot to do with boob growth, so if your mom has smallish boobs, then you'll probably end up with smallish boobs.
However, have no fear. Boobs grow through your 20s!! You've got at least 5 more years of potential growth. :)

You haven't stopped growing at 15. Boobs continue to grow until you're 20.
There's no way to make them bigger. Only time does that.
