    Oh! Come on! This "survey", if you read the article, is part of an advertising campaign to sell Renault cars. I suspect that it is not exactly scientifically accurate. Since when has anything dreamed up in an ad agency been reliable? As for the French thinking we are all flat cap wearing OAPs perhaps someone would care to explain the popularity of Brit actresses and singers in France such as Jane Birkin and Marianne Faithful.
