Is it over for the Spurs?

After 19 and 18 point defeats in Games 1 and 2 to the Hornets, does this mean the end of the Spurs?

Take into consideration the amount of turnovers and the horrible performance of the Big Three.

Parker - King of turnovers and missed floaters

Duncan - 5 point monster in Game 1

Manu - Has his hands in the freezer when it comes to his shooting in the last 2 games

Man, I don't want to believe that but the proof is in the performance. Even if the Spurs win the next two at home, it will be an uphill battle to take a game in New Orleans with the way those fans and their team are pumped up with confidence! It's deserved though.

One thing about the SPURS is their lack of panic or appearance of panic. Yes, it makes me nervous, but I trust Pop and the team can make something happen.

The spurs are too experienced a team to be knocked out by 2 games.Of course they may be defeated but I wouldn't be surprised if they kick the sh** out of hornets in their home.By the way I'm very surprised that you don't talk about how the 30 point monster of the game 1 david west got killed by spurs, tallying 10 points with 2/11 FG!Also If west and stojakovic are shut down, hornets will be defeated

Yes it is.....Cause if the the hornets get the next game they will be down 3-0 and no team in the history of the nba has came back from a 3-0 ....and plus once the shut down the spurs big 3 theres no offense left for the spurs....time duncan tied his all time playoff low thats insanse....So im saying about 98% that the hornets win the series

First let me say that "I love the Spurs"! The uphill climb at this point is going to be tough, the Hornets are playing inspired lights out ball, The Spurs arent dead yet but the big 3 have got to start playing better on both ends of the floor.

  • as an irrational spurs hater i can only hope that their run of nba championship questdom ends in this series at the hands of the hornets. keep rainbowing those 3's guys, and breaking down the one man d of tim duncan. go hornets!!!!!

man i really hate the spurs, and they're a great team. i saw yesterdays game and i was thinking that they were playing or trying to get in a rythym but that they just weren't producing like they usually do because the hornets outworked them and got under their gaurd. i will be praying for new orleans to come out of this series.
