Before or after taking a bath, can I use the "baby" oil?

I missed some tips from Perry Stone of Manna-fest. I wonder, can I use any perfume before or after the "bath" oil?

Baby oil clogs the pores. It has mineral oil wich is not good for your skin. Better oils would be sesame, apricot, grapeseed, almond, sunflower, regular or light olive oil.

You can put oil in bath or after you get out of bath or shower. Put it on while still wet and pat your body dry with a towel. Note: You do not need much, the water on your body will help it spread and absorb into your skin at the same time.

You can use fragrence after bath, or get a bath oil with the smell you want that will infuse into your body.

Put the baby oil on after your bath. When you get out of the bath don't dry off, just rub the baby oil in, your skin will feel great.
