you don't want that file. With a random name like that, it is sure to be some sort of trojan. If you are getting blue screen errors because it is missing, email me and I will give you some instruction on how to get your computer booting again, without having to reinstall the OS.

depends on why you need it. give more specific information, like what programs need it, and i dont think that anyone will have it unless u specify.
