Is it true that sometimes ur dreams relate to the most dominant thoughts you have for that moment (day time, evening)...life
for eg, if Im worried about a particular thing, I'll most likely dream something realted to it at night or a couple of nights later...????

Possible, but something things you worry in day time, at night you may project something else to symbolize the object. It may not necessarily be the exact same thing in realty.
It depends on how individuals project their things in their subconscious mind.
