Why can't all my co-workers just get along?
We all constantly fight about the temp. in the office. I feel as though with the warmer weather here, it is a lot easier for them just to put on a sweater if they are cold from the air. It is in the 80's here, yet they all still want the heat on 80. I can not work with the office being so stiffeling. Any suggestions on how to handle this would be appreciated.

Nobody should be expected to work in a suffocating 80 degree office. If there are windows to open or fans to turn on that would help some. I would suggest an office meeting for some rules of what the max/min temps should be. I can understand how some people cannot stand the A/C so the simplest solution would be wearing a sweater. There has to be a give and take for office politics to work. Make some rules that you all can live by and still be able to work
