    two options

    1. PHILTRANCO Pasay. obvious, philtranco sasakyan mo pre! pero kalapit nyan is mga terminal for low-end bus like RJ Lines etc. etc.

    2. ARANETA CENTER BUS TERMINAL. choices, madami - Philtranco, BLTB, RJ...

travel time, approximately 8hours. all buses passes guinobatan. just tell the driver na dun ka bababa kasi malamang mga 3am ka darating. hinahabol kasi ng mga buses ang byahe naman ng barko to catanduanes, which is from tabaco.

philtranco have a good service. pero kung di ka mapili, the ordinary bus are also efficient, although sacrifice ka nga lang kasi hanggang gitna ng bus, meron nakaharang na bagahe - that is almost half the price naman compared sa aircon fare...

    uragon ka pre!!!!

people going to albay usually take a bus in araneta center in cubao (beside ali mall), in pasay city (near MRT taft station)or in alabang (infront of metropolis mall). You can take any bus going to Legaspi coz they'll all pass along Guinobatan.

it'll take 8 to 9 hours depending on the bus line because they'll usually have 2 to 3 stop-overs.

train travel is no longer possible since 2005 after that strong typhoon that severely damaged lots of train tracks.

plane travel only takes less than an hour. it's more expensive, of course.

...last trips for buses to legaspi or naga usually leave around 8-9 pm and first trips usually start at 6 am. it's a 10-hr trip. i suggest you take the night trip so you'd be arriving at your destination in the daytime. (from postings at virtual tourist website)

--- i'll be back with more info.

would you consider flying? pal or cebu pacific has daily flights to legaspi or naga. just don't take the train. sked is so unreliable.
