How do I handle this extremely embarassing situation?

My "friend" told everyone I fancy this guy and that I am jealous he flirts with another girl. My coach found out and has been teasing me ever since (6 weeks ago). Today during training she said "Oh you know the secret I know - I have proof that him and that girl are together". I replied with "cool - great you know" in a fake not bothered tone. This "friend" who told everyone is still talking about me and my swim coach has been mean to me ever since. Everytime that guy and me are in the same lane for swimming she'll give me the "you so have the hots for him" look. What do I do?

are you sure your not just being paranoid about your coach?? i know that girls can be so mean and coniveing and backstabbing thats why i never had any girl friends that i told about guys to cause i could never trust them never!! i don't know really what you could do except just blow it off or get mad and tell them that it has been over a month of getting crap from them about this and your getting feed and then just walk out. sometimes you have to go to extremes to get understood by people exspecially if you are a easy going person.

just remember this whole experince and becareful who you trust i'd confid in like a sister or a cousin before any other girl i'd even tell my mom!!!

so your getting a hard time about this! good luck

Wow that's pretty lame that this coach is soo wrapped up in your love life, they are pathetic.

All i can say is just to ignore it as much as possible or just tell your coach to lay off, that it bothers you when they say stuff like that and it's none of their business.

  • Approach you're swim coach and talk to her privately.. She is acting EXTREMELY unprofessional.. Let her know that..
