well becuase it gets you out of SELF... to be able to hone in on the problems of others and conditions of the world helps us to get away from ego, self and the "whoa is me" conflict and start being able to mentally equip us with the " what can i do for my fellow brothers?"

What most Christians call "sensitivity" consists of confronting Satan, turning around, bending over, pulling up their skirts.

REAL Christians have telekinetic power on the order of thermonuclear weaponry, than can move mountain-size masses, and halt province-sized storms in seconds.

Most live and die and never realize a fraction of this power.

Our task is to harness it and halt all the Evil in the World.

We were tricked into thinking that we should wait for God's Super Man to descend from Heaven and fix everything for us.

    For free.

The "spiritually sensitive" have to work to gain this power.

Work to keep it from those that could and would take it from us.

We have to work to use it.

I'm not sure it helps to develop a lot of sensitivity, that's just hard on you. What will help is to be able to give wise advise to those who are hurting. That requires wisdom and a good working knowledge of Gods plan for his children. Sympathy doesn't help solve problems - wisdom and knowledge does.

It helps one spiritually because it makes you happier most when helping others. And we are bound to be sensitive towards problems in the world that are not nice because it is an immediate reaction?

There's a creed that's said to be universal in all religions: "don't do to your fellow that which you don't want done to yourself." This statement is mentioned as the central core of many religions and spiritual groups. The basis of it is simply realizing that the world does not revolve you - there are other people, other situations, other opinions. Once you manage to turn your sight away from yourself, you can turn it outward and focus on matters greater than yourself.

I would say sorry 4 the answers already given but i didn't give them HOWEVER I believe that when we have a God view of the problem then we're able 2 pray correctly and with more power rather than just say Huh? 2 God n going bout our business. Being more n line with the thoughts of God brings us closer 2 Him. We gwt closer 2 God thru prayer n meditation on His works

The development of compassion is very important in one's path, without compassion and love, we would be selfish, egocentric, ego is the root of fear and fear is the root of suffering. Thinking about the problems of the world is a good way to develop compassion

Spiritually speaking they are toddlers of God basically like something some know it some do no longer. My daughter is gay and that i admire her basically comparable to I consistently have!!! Love the sinner no longer the sin!!! i'm no longer any ones decide. So in my non secular life that's my life they do no longer impact me different than I pray for them.

it helps you gain control over your emotions i think, become more responsible in a way and just grow as an individual.

I believe as a christian i grow spiritually as a person because we are taught to be loving towards one another, therefore when i do so it helps me grow as a person of faith.. helps me to live the life God intended.

there is only one most important and major problem in this world for the man kind and that is how they would go to the afterlife with the true faith or imaan. unless we are able to go with the true imaan or faith there is no second chance to purify ourselves. this is the spirituality.
