Why is it. . .?

1) I think most mineral makeup comes in powder form so it can be applied easily. That being said, maybelline has a mineral line that has liquid foundation and concealer.

2) Eyeliner looks different on every individual. Some people can pull off powerful eye liner and some cannot. Perhaps you should experiment with different looks.

For instance,

1) Mascara on top lashes and thin line of eye liner on bottom

2) Thin line of liner on top and bottom lids

3) Brown eyeliner (if you are light skinned, black might be too dark for you)

4) Grey eyeliner

1) bare minerals looks like a powder but goes on like a cream. And works great.

2)Try e.l.f eyeliner it is really easy to blend. Put if that doesn't work just use mascara and an eyelash curler.

2) as for eyeliner, sometimes the color can be too harsh for a person's complexion. Maybe you could try a using a different color, such as a brown. Once you apply the eyeliner, use a

q-tip to lightly smug the top layer off, so it's not so cakey looking.

you can apply mineral make up wet to give it a liquid foundation look, by spraying your brush with a mixing medium before hand

as for eyeliner, why not try a lighter colour instead of black.

Maybelline makes mineral liquid foundation.

2) I can't wear eyeliner at all. It buries some eyes instead of bringing them out.

2. put a lighter shade on and instead of "drawing a line", do small dashes and blend them together. It looks alot more natural.
