Annoying Pop-Up Question?

When I change screens, I get this annoying pop-up: Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run? I want the ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run without seeing this all the time. How can I stop this from coming up all the time?

It's better to let it alert you .. because using activeX blindly ... could cause you getting viruses .. so It's either you put up with the alerts, or you can enable it to run without prompting ... to do that, go to <Tools> , then <Internet Options> .. and from there, click on the tab <Security> then click on <Custom level> .. look for the option <Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt> and enable it ...

On your Internet Explorer, select on the menu TOOLS then INTERNET OPTION.

then on the SECURITY Tab, you can either lower the setting for the Internet zone, from the default Medium-High to Medium; or click on the CUSTOM LEVEL button, and scroll down to the "Active X controls and plug-ins" section and select the desired behaviour.

I think you need to restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

BUT.. this would mean higher the chance of you to catch virus from the internet.

you might be able to click on the "do not show message again" if there is one. Otherwise you can get a different sofware
