Bush Joke! Rate out of ten plz...!?

So one day Bush introduces a new posting sticker (with his pic on it). The next week he gets very negative responses regarding the new sticker. People said that it just wont stick wherever needed. So Bush sent some investigators to figure out the problem. The next day the investigators came back and Bush asks them the problem. They said, "Sir! The people do not use their spit UNDERNEATH the sticker to stick it, they spit ON THE STICKER!"
