What kind of radiation would an anti-matter blast produce relative to the radiation produced by a nuclear explosion?

    In general, when anti-matter and matter combine they completely convert one another electromagnetic energy. Electromagnetic energy is transferred as photons. If you do the math, you will see that the photons are usually gamma rays.

    A nuclear explosion on earth tends to produce lots of neutrons, heat, x-rays, and gamma rays.
