It is the scene in National Lampoons Vacation. The family is out side having a cook out. His 10 year old neice is preparing the koolaid. Only she has no spoon to stir it with so she has her whole arm in the Koolaid. Chevy Chase says

All are from LOTR, the first is my favorite but however I seem to say the second one all the time and it usually comes out of nowhere.
