Would you rather have a printed shirt or a custom made shirt ? read details?
if there were 2 local clothing companies you knew, which would you rather have -
1; a printed shirt that costs 10$ but that several people you know have
or 2; a custom shirt that someone took the time to draw out the design for you, but costs a few dollars more ?
Note: you don't have to do anything but buy the shirt.
all the work is done for you.

I'd rather have a custom shirt done for me.
I like having different shirts to other people because then i know definately that the shirt is mine only and i'll be the only one wearing the shirt with the print that i wanted on it.
I wouldn't mind if it costed a few more dollars, it wont hurt to pay an extra $5 to have a design on the shirt that will mean something to me :]

Well I really like printing my shirts but not because they are cheaper, i could spend a couple hours on my PC designing and then another hour at the shop fixing it up. I've also made some shirts for friends of mine. They can come out really good, i'd upload some for u to see but my camera is out of order

Eh...
I don't care. I kind of like seeing people wearing the same shirt as me. It's going to sound so crazy and lame, but it kind of makes me feel like I know the person and I have an idea of who they are.
I'd only like the printed shirt if it was made by someone just for me as a gift. Then it'd have meaning.

I'm an ex buyer and recommend outsourcing your t-shirt manufacturing, instead of paying 10 bucks in the USA, you can spend 2 bucks in Thailand and receive better quality cotton with higher profit margins. We used sugini in Thailand to manufacture all out screened and embroidered t-shirts in bulk, excellent quality and low cost.

I don't care if someone has the same shirt I have. I have ten holister shirts, there is going to be millions of people with those shirts.
As long as they are affordable I don't care.
