Can I use 'indoor plant compost' in pots intended for outdoor.?

I just found a bag of 'indoor plant compost' in the shed, but I am potting outdoor plants, could I use it outside !!

    never heard of indoor compost. sounds like a marketing scheme to charge more for the same thing in a different bag. use it.

    Yes, use it up. make sure the soil mix it light enough, but can hold water well. You could also make a compost tea to use as fertilizer.

    The indoor stuff might be richer to compensate

    for a shady interior of being inside, so I don't see why not.
