How do I clean a laptop cooling fan?

I'm not talking about the fan inside I'm talking about one of those you buy for $20. One side is working the other isn't yes it has dirt but how do I clean it?

    get a can of compressed air..it will work like a charm...cheers

    Look on the bottom of your computer. Unscrew the plate covering the fans. BE CAREFUL!

    Use a can of compressed air to remove the dust. Carefully pull any hair out of the metal coil. That should do it.
