    Junk lawsuits are lawsuits with out any merit. Like as soon as a white cop arrests a black man he yells discrimination. Even though he has no case in court, the black man files the suit hoping to get money from a settlement or he get the charges against him thrown out.

    Junk lawsuits are lawsuits with out any merit. in some countries like the UK they have the person who ever lost pay for both sides to stop ridiculous cases.

    To add to AJ's answer, they are also lawsuits for stupid reasons that have no backing and evidence. The woman suing McDonalds for spilling coffee on herself is an example.
