This is the new upgrade they did. Look on your email page and it will say "What’s New" click on it and it will show you all the changes they made. Not all accounts have been switched yet. They are doing it in stages. I do not like it I really would like to have the old yahoo classic back. I tried to switch back and have not found a way to switch back. I tried clicking on Mail Classic and nothing happened. The OPT out button does not bring the old one back either. Hope this helps!!!

Paula----It depends on what mail you're using and which version.
It sounds like you may be using the basic Classic Mail, and you can enable that action.
On mail page>>click on options (top right)>>then scroll to and click on "general preferences". Now go down to *Composing Email* and check the button by---"compose with color and graphics"-----then click "save" at bottom of page.
That will put the formatting bar on your compose page.
All other versions are "supposed" to have that link on your composing page (end of subject line I think).
