Honestly, he could have been harmlessly flirting but it sounds more like he was giggling because you were, laughing is contagious. im sorry hun but my guess is while he may have thought you are attractive he was (if anything) just flirting with you. if he stopped and talked to you and he was standing really close and asking questions that would lead to him finding out where he might bump into you again then it might have counted as more then flirting
