It is an individual decision. If you are talking about a women and sex, then it is up to her if she is comfortable with relations. If a women prefers not to act on it, then respect it, but if she is okay, then enjoy. It is an excuse if she wants it to be.

i wouldnt have sex if im on my period. its only a week or less that id have to wait... i could wait.

but if we're talking about taking time of work, school, seeing friends, being moody then yes its the best excuse of them all... it really hurts to have a period. guys just dont get it.

have you ever experienced having a period? seriously, once you've had it, especially on those days where you start having cramps, as much as you want to resume things as normal, it's going to be impossible
