What's the best burger place near you?

Please, no franchises. If you've eaten at one McDonald's, et cetera.

Update:

What's the specialty?

What do you recommend?

The specialty is Triple Prime Burger: It's been called the world's best burger. A blend of fresh, 100% USDA Prime ground beef, grilled to perfection. Garnished with garlic mayonnaise.

It's called Burger Island in Mesquite, Texas and it has a 100% Angus burger with the freshest ingredients! I always get the guacamole and jalapeno burger with pepper jack cheese with lettuce and tomatoes. And, the BUN is the softest thing to ever grace a burger. It's pure HEAVEN!

there's this place in my town called Grave's Drive In and they have the BEST burger!!! It's so sloppy and I don't know what they do to it to make it so good, but this place has always been known for their burgers, ever since it actually was a drive-in theater. It's just a gas station and eating place now, which I hate. I miss the theater, too!!

When I ate meat I loved Red Robin...but now I stick with delis that sell soup and vegi burgers...

I don't really remember what the specialty was...just the classic, the basic I guess.

Red Robin, I love the Banzai Burger or the Chicken Teriyaki, they have great onion rings with sauces and bottomless baskets of fries AND a great bar menu!

a place called cheeburger cheeburger. it resembles a fifties diner and they have the best burgers. they make them any way you want with over 20 toppings to choose from. they even serve malts and milkshakes. their french fries and onion rings also rock. there are quite a few locations i think but its not super well known (at least not where i am).
