Take the dog for a walk and let him/her pee and poop on someone elses lawn. Just make sure you pick up the poop though.

Try making sure you dog has lots of water so the urine isn't so strong. If possible try to make a section for your pet to goo. Poop is good but I still clean it up twice a week.
Be thankful you only have a dog to worry about peeing on the lawn. I live out in the country and I have a grown man who thinks it's okay to pee on anything. Just killed a tomato plant last week. The 4 dogs do a lot less damage then he does. Plus the dogs are easier to train. lol

Female dog urine contains high levels of amonia, which is what is killing your lawn. Try hosing the lawn off after she pees on it. I have started hosing the lawn down (NOT just watering it... use a higher pressure on a hose attachment) and saturate the grass where she normally goes. This will help! Unfortunately there is no way to eliminate it. You will probably always have little yellow patches on the grass because of this!

It does kill the lawn. You need to pick up after your dog to prevent it. For the urine, don't let the dog go in a spot that can be damaged. Pick an out of the way location.

particularly, there at the instant are no supplementations you may furnish a dogs to make the urine much less probably to kill the grass. I worked as an approved Vet Tech for 13 years. We have been provided that query each and every of the time. the only situation you're able to do is to hose off the area at present after the dogs urinates, or you may designate a community of the backyard for the dogs's removal. different than that there is no longer something you're able to do.

we went into town and got some small wooden stakes about 4 feet tall, spent a few bucks on chicken wire.and fenced our yard. we stapled the 4 foot high wire and made a gate so we can mow the grass without having any problems, but if you do this know how far your driving the stakes.we live in the country,so we don't have much under the ground, and by the way I promise, this will piss your dogs off !!ha,ha.if you live in town and the grass is the only place your pets can be,I would get with lawn and gardens, get a pro and they can tell ya what to treat your grass with.

Pee definitely dehydrates your lawn and/or kills it. Poo on the other hand is usually a good fertilizer... but do a test by taking him for a walk only in a certain area. if you live in an area with lots of wildlife [deer, raccoons, etc] don't forget to take those into account too. they might be leaving things behind that hurt it.

Find a spot where it will be okay for your dog to relieve itself. Then train it to go to that spot when you take it out. That way it won't kill the whole lawn.

Pick the poo up and put it in one area. Teach the dog to poo only in that area. Pee should kill your lawn. Probably doesn't help it, but won't kill it.
