    I like this

and is something I practise also

I know my limits , but I aim for more

in doing so we reach our limits with ease

when we only aim for our limits , we struggle to reach them

we are more capable than we believe ourself to be

    always move the goalposts

to wall confidently over my own limits... i have spent a year trying to figure out how to best do this. i have a tendancy to let others determine my limits..I want to please everybody..not trample over any boundraries..so I stay confined within my own.

Argue for a limitation & it is yours. If you think you can't, you are right. If you think you can, you are right. As a man thinks, so he is.
