If you're talking total, probably yes. Just not all at once.
Remember that once you drop below 5,000 points, you're back to a limit of 20 questions per day. So, you could ask (921 / 5) + 20 = 184 + 20 = 204 questions in one day. That's still an enormous number of questions!

once you reach level five your question/answer quota is unlimited.
