if you are younger than 18 like me, then it's growing pains. it might that they're just asleep and need some time to wake up. or they could just be stiff from lack of use at night. i get that a lot, especially when i have a long night. best of luck, and make sure you pray!

i had this problem 1 do your work out or play sports cuzz the pulling of your ankles muscles in certain movements. to avoid this warm up so in the morning it want be hard to walk. i hate that feeling then it goes away later ooh and rub your heel daily and pray for it. jesus love you

You could be dealing with a joint problem in that area (an example only). I would recommend letting your mom know again (if you have told her before) what's going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation.
