I'm 61 years old and I'd like to know what the today hair style is. I'm blind and can't see pictures for mysel

These people obviously arent aware that some sites are set up for people with disabilities. Forgive them, most of them here are young and (as you can see) ignorant.

Anyway, a few of the hot styles: Emo: this is basically big choppy layers & puffy on top with it getting stringy & thin towards the bottom & many different colors. The bob is also back, which is of course all on length usally to the chin & sometimes with bangs. Its a very pretty and classic style. And then for long hair it either stick straight or loose beachy looking waves.
