    Hi there!

Without knowing any more details, I'd say there could be a variety of things you could do to fix the problem, however, the easiest would be to try what is called a "System Restore". I know this is part of Windows XP, not sure if it's still part of Windows Vista.

On the help button on the Start Menu, type System Restore. It talks about restoring your system to an earlier configuration estate, and it talks about how to do this.

It doesn't affect your data, only your system.

Try to restore your system to a date near the time when you removed your speakers' software, say, earlier the same day, anything up to a week or 2.

Be aware that after you run a System Restore point, you would need to make sure you have the latest windows updates and the latest antiviral updates; both of which you can find instructions of how to do in the help menu for windows and antiviral software respectively.

    Good luck.

well go online im sure your speaker system is of a certain brand. Then see if you can download the drivers from the site. Well if your speakers are a brand make they usually ask for the serial no or spare no. in order to locate the kind of speaker it is. Afterwards you can download it and once thats done it ought to be cool. Its usually the case with most hardware devices when you delete the driver they dont function. They (drivers) usualy come installed in the cd-rom provided by the manufacture. There ya go.

What you deleted was the driver for your sound card (literally imagine the sound card being a car, it's not much use without a driver is it?)

Find the case for your sound card and insert the cd it came with. If you don't remember having an actual card, the sound card is probably onboard, which means it's fused with the motherboard, so insert your motherboard cd and reinstall the sound settings.

Make sure your speaker volume is up and the volume from your computer is up as well....Then go to control panel and go to sounds & speakers.....Try reinstalling the sound driver or the speaker driver.....once you are done , restart and you speakers should be working!

PLEASE DO NOT FORMAT YOUR C DRIVE....IT WILL WIPE EVERYTHING FROM UR COMPUTER!

try and go back to the programs. Then type "control F" (for find) then type speakers. I should highlight the all the words that say speakers and then you can click on one of them to get it back and running.

    Best of Luck!

    Hope this helps!

  • contact ur speaker's manufacture & see if they can give u some guide.

1.) check & see u have plug into the right hole

2.) power is on for speakers?

3.) test with other pair of speaker to determine whether it's software or hardware problem

4.) contact manufacture for further assistance

    5.) pay some1 to build u a new system (j/k)

Get the disk that came with the computer, it has the drivers you need on it. put in in your cd drive and it should auto load. find the speakers, mark the checkbox and say install.

you need to buy a sound card for your computer . or go to your control pannel click on sound and do a test if that dont work then go to install programs and look for something that has to do with sound

hey hun , you could try seeing where the speaker plugs are plugged into , usually it would locate at the back of the TOWER , and the plug should be green or blue and should be set into the GREEN one .

maybe that would work because that happened to mine and thats what i was told to try and today its working great.
