Grilled turkey wings???
I have some great, fresh turkey wings and would like to try grilling them. Surprisingly, I can find few recipes online (yes, I know about the hugely complicated Emeril recipe).
Is grilling turkey wings just a really bad idea? Anyone have experience with them? Do I need to par boil them first? I am planning on sectioning them. Looking for simple and quick this time.
Thanks in advance!

Don't boil them
Fold them and lock the tip behind the big joint. Season with any of your favorite store bought poultry or pork seasoning.
Grill turning often watching closely. when you think they are done, sprinkle on a little more seasoning, place in disposable aluminum pan with a little water, seal with foil and put back in covered grill away from direct heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, uncover very carefully (steam inside) let stand 5 minutes and serve with warm Demon Pig BBQ Sauce on the side as a dip[.

I would put slits about 1/2 an inch in each side and add my seasonings into them. Then grilling. This will help with the taste and with the grilling
You can parboil them but it is not necessary

I'd marinate them first .... Yes, I've made them and they taste really good. The only problem is that there's hardly any meat on the wings:) ... Make sure you have ample side dishes to go with them......
