I have a Problem with the man in my life?

Question

Problem with relationship.  We are together 14 years but he is very cheap, I am unemployed, he helped or loaned me money for my car repairs and insists I pay it back like $1,000.  I live with him.  He doesn't kiss me anymore.  He does have cancer (lymph node).  He is 64 years old.  There is no romance anymore.  What do I do?  I am out of work and unable to move out now and I have a dog.
