How do you make your pitbull dog aggressive on command without dog trainig classes.?

for example I have a large Pit bull he is 8 months and bout to be 80 lbs. he is tall and lean. and I get annoyed when the smaller pits punk him. I believe since he is bigger, especially his teeth. he should set the tone like little boy you aint punking me. How do I get him to turn his mean streak on and off.

People like you are the reason pitts are being banned. Honestly your dog will learn to take control of the smaller dogs. Let it learn on its own. You don't want to teach it to be aggressive. You always should teach your dog to be as nice as possible. The dogs that are bullying it are just showing it who is boss. Your dog will either take control or understand it is being controlled.

I think they are after having one for 10 years, but she was only aggressive to other dogs. Personally, I think pitbulls are the nicest dogs to people esp children. Remember that a dog will be mean if the owner teaches them to. It's all stems from the handler in my opinion. Nice, firm handler = good dog.

Is there someone standing around ahnding out tupid pills to people before they let them post a question? what the hell is wrong with these people already?

And for the record, once you are stupid enough to "turn on the mean streak" there is NO turning it off... ever

I have 2 Rotts.. a 90lb female and a 165lb male.. ad og as powerful as pitts and rotts can be very dangerous when not properly cared for. Instead of thinking your dog has the same ego problem that you do, take a second look. You hold the power to prove the stereotypes wrong. Train your dog to be a companion or therapy dog and help prove why Breed Specific Laws are rediculous.

I can NOT believe you are asking this question.

YOU are the type of owner who gives pit bulls a bad rep.

If you cared about your dog you wouldn't want him to become aggressive on command. This type of behavior is what gets thousands of pit bulls and other strong dogs killed each year.

The other day I was watching JAIL and a woman's brother turned his pit bull's "aggressive button" on and the dog went after the police. The woman lost her dog because of the actions of her brother. Had that dog not known what it meant to be mean, he wouldn't be dead today.

There is a difference between a dog being protective of you and your family and your house, and a dog that is a serious threat to society.

PLEASE do not ruin the future you and your companion have together.

I wouldn't know how to make a dog aggressive on command. Why don't you take him down to the local police station and ask them how they train their dogs to be aggressive.

That's not a good idea. It's ego-busting when your dog gets punked by little dogs (happens to mine sometimes too), but you have to let dogs take care of things amongst themselves. They truly know what they're doing.

If you try to make your pitbull mean, someone will end up getting hurt, or another dog, all of which will land your dog on death row. Learn by others mistakes. Making a dog mean hurts others and the dog in the end. And the owner is an idiot who does that.

u should b happy that u dont have an aggressive dog since with this breed n many others it happens very easily. u dont like ur dog not puttin others in their place is just ridiclous. if u do accomplish 2 get ur dog 2 attack on command hes gonna b completely different. n the end result is gonna b u not being able 2 handle ur dog n ur great loving pet now becomes a dangerous animal 2 society. all because of ur stupidity.. n then what?? ur dog attacks another dog or even yet a person, which would most likely b a child b/c of the high prey drive pits already have, & then ur dumbass gets sued & u ***** n moan about all that u r goin thru. attacking comes naturally 2 this breed when they feel its neccessary, 4 instance if u r being attacked by some1 or another animal. u shouldnt b trying 2 bring it out of him when its not neccesary. people like u make me sick.

Dog do not "punk" each other.

The last thing you want your dog is to be dog aggressive.

I have 3 pits and I guarantee mine is "bigger" then yours. That doesn't matter to anyone. but he wouldn't be bothered by your dog "punking" him, because he loves all dogs. Which is a great trait. You own a pit bull. you know the crap they get from the media. Don't you want to help the breed out and show people how well you can have your dog trained? how well it will behave? not how well it will rip a smaller dog "punking it" it will be killed and posted all over the news, and you'll look like a fool.

Without the help of a trainer this is incredibly dangerous.Get a TRAINER to train your dog. Some dogs can be trained to attack on command but ONLY if they are to be used as POLICE or SECURITY dogs.If it is not to be used for those purposes then let your pitt be the GENTLE LOVING AFFECTIONATE creature that it is.Encouraging your dog to attack other dogs is stupid cruel and you run the risk of hurting your own or another's dog and getting sued.Remember dogs that are trained to attack are not vicious or mean they are simply trained to be agressive on command to protect its owner.and in reality they are loving pets with an important job,who protect thier owners out of love and duty, not because thier owner beat them, starved them and made them "mean".

If you do get a proffessional trainer, bear in mind that anyone who says to beat, starve or torment the dog is NOT a trainer at all.If you want your dog to attack on command you MUST get a trainer.Such dogs need to be ESPECIALY disciplined and YOU need to FULLY UNDERSTAND how to keep such a dog UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES.

  • You shouldn't own a pitbull or any dog for that matter. You shouldn't train your dog to be dog aggressive or even think about it, that is just going to cause trouble and give a worse impression of the gorgeous pitbull because of another irresponsible owner (like yourself). I own two pits myself and can't stand when people like you try to give them a bad name (worse then they already have).

You do realize that if your dog bites another persons dog and injures it, whether on command or off of command, you are liable to be sued, and your dog may be put down.

Is that really what you want?

Not to mention, if your dog does it on command, you've purposely hurt another dog and caused it pain. Wouldn't that be a great feeling?

If you're sick of your dog being 'punked' by other dogs-remove him from the situation. It's that easy.
