My cousin has hair on her lower back and she wants to get rid of it without waxing. Any ideas?
Could she use Nair or some sort of hair dissolving cream like that or would it grow back thicker? She can't wax it or get lazer removal because she is still too young...Any Ideas??? THANKS!

well you could use an epilator but that is extremly painful otherwise i'd say just shave it

If she has like nasty long hair shave it or somethin. but i like when a girl has that lil peachfuzz right above her a$$. so if its not nasty or real noticeable leave it alone
