My 88 year old mother has a large hanging plant the macrame hanger has rotted. Can a new hanger be made for it

I want to put the hanger on the existing pot by weaving it through the plant and finishing the bottom after the pot is in the hanger.

Yes. I do it all the time. I make the whole thing. Then I remove the old hangar and, very patiently, put the plant into the new one. One thing I have done is cut the plant back enough to make the job easier.

i used to be into making macrame. I used to bathe them with the aid of hand and enable them to dry for sure...if it has a shelf, positioned the shelf lower back into it. Now, i'm lazy and that i take them to the dry cleaners and enable them to do it.
