a problem only becomes a problem, if you make it to be one..

if a solution exist then 'it' becomes a problem..

now if you can't find any answer, then there isn't any problem at all so stop worrying yourself about it..

like don't fix it if it isn't even broken...

its a problem because it doesn't have a solution. When you find out the answer then it becomes a circumstance or equation.
