I think you are off to a good site by reviewing their website. It's important that you know why you are interested in working for Tallent Funeral Service.

As with any interview, you should dress professionally and be well groomed. If you have a resume, bring several copies of it. Do you know how many people you'll be interviewing with?? It's always good to bring a few in case you are to meet with more than one person. If you don't have a resume due to lack of work experience, that's okay. Make sure you have references in case it is requested of you.

When reviewing their website, make sure that you are familiar with their mission and their company's values. Then think about how you can support their mission/value. Think of specific examples in case they ask behaviorial based questions.

    Good Luck!!

Ask about the job you will be doing. Will you be working with the deceased or will you be providing support to family members? Ask some questions about the history of the business itself. Maybe something like how long has the home been in business & how long it has been in that family if it still is, or how many other people work there as well. Good Luck!!

I hate the stupid questions that agencies ask!!! Be honest. i became asked at a activity interview: What do you sense this activity can furnish you? I mentioned a pay verify I have been given the activity, i think of for being honest.

I'd ask any specifics that your job would require. Surely, you could come up with a question once you're being interviewed, something will pop up.
