First of all, it's not Walmart brand. It's actually by BARR, they're a huge drug manufacturer. And I haven't experience any negative side effects. Period on the first week of the pill lasted a whole 7 days and also spotting may occur afterwards, but that's just your body getting aquainted with the pill. Two of the pharmacists that I work with are on this brand. And there's no significant difference between brand name (Ortho-TriCyclen) and generic, except for the price. So no worries there.
