First of all, vitamin K doesnt even work that well for undereye circles, you cant believe everything you hear from cosmetics and beauty marketing. it was only shown to have an affect on blood coagulation in a few medical studies, and then cosmetics companies decided to run wild with the idea that this meant it could possibly have an effect on the dark discoloration caused by blood pooling under the eyes and have started marketing it as some kind of miracle ingredient to make money. But to no real study has ever shown it to be effective for treating dark circles!
Second of all, the concentration of vitamin k in a banana probably isnt that high...better sources would be parsley or kiwi fruit. And vitamins can come in many forms. Unless you know the exact concentration, percentage, pH, and chemical form it needs to be in to penetrate the skin and have its alleged "effect", why bother? Just the same way that you cannot get Vitamin C on your face just by rubbing an orange on your skin.
And finally, unlike an eye cream you'd probably just apply the banana and wash it off a few minutes later, making it even more unlikely to have an effect.
So, no, I dont think that would be a good idea.

I agree with natalie's answer. The banana has to be really concentrated. I also been using a vit k gel under my eye for the past year. I dont see much results. It does tighten area a lil bit but as far as dark circles it's still there
