That means the other person didn't like the way you answered their question, so they blocked you from viewing it. From what I can tell, you were telling the truth. It seems the other user can't handle the truth like what a real person would do.
This has happened to me a few times, so don't let that get to you. Just continue answering questions here without all the foolishness from some users. Only time will tell when the truth will catch up with them.

I am assuming you are receiving a message that says: " Opps! You cannot view this question at this time"
This means the questioner has blocked you for personal reason. I am unable to tell you why the User decided to block you, and I will not accuse the User of any sort.
Like another User has mentioned here ( who also blocked me), certain people don't like to hear the truth and only interested in hearing what pleases their point of view.
Conversely, certain answerers like to attack questioners for their own personal reasons, so it is wise to block the negative Users.

Whoever asked the question didn't like your answer and subsequently blocked you. I had that happen once to me.
