  • Which of the two offenders would you likely set free?

Offender 1 took out a heavy loan to purchase a car and eventually faced financial crisis. To avoid ruining his credit, he decided to rid the car by setting it on fire and dishonestly reported the car stolen. He was never caught for this felony.

Offender 2 went inside of a store and stole 3 eggs. Her reason was to feed her grandchildren.

Which one of these offenders would you. likely set free?

  • Cat wrecked my home. How do I correct him?

My wife loves cats and got one without my consent ( yes some women can be very rebellious against their husbands) and she assured me after I saw the cat in our home that a cat is the cleanest animal-pet to have. I already knew what cats are capable of, but my wife argued that I don't know anything.

So, one night out in the living room watching TV i saw the cat peeing on the carpet. As you already know, cats urine is permanent on carpet and the only way to rid the outrageous, offensive and most disgusting smell is to fork out thousands out of your pocket to replace the carpet.

My wife assured me the cat was sick. We took it to the doctor and the cat was indeed sick. But does't that mean every time the cat is sick I need to replace my carpet?

So we went to carpet cleaner factories, had them professional washed the carpet for a few hundred dollars and the smell was never eliminated. So I went to carpet places to get new carpet. To my already big surprise, carpet replace was 4,000 USD.

My wife would not part ways with the cat because she said she was attached, and assured me she would pay close attention to the cat so he wouldn't pee on the carpet again. So I paid the 4,000 dollars of new carpet.

I was out in the living room again and caught the cat peeing on the carpet!!! We have 3 liters in the house that are always clean, but for odd reasons this cat loves peeing on carpets. Ho =w di I rid the cat without my wife acting stupid?

  • When a car you owe for is totaled by someone else's fault, why do we lose?

My aunt owed 10K on her wrecked car when a total loser collided into her. The police cited the person who wrecked her car as being the fault. You should think this mean my aunt does not need to worry because she did nothing wrong and should be covered by the wrong party's insurance company, but when the insurance company called her and informed that they have decided to list her car as "totaled" and will pay her the value-worth of her car, which, and very sad, is much lesser than what she owes.

To sum things up: my aunt owed 10K for her car. Is given back 5K after the wreck, and left her owing 5K to the bank, and is without a car.

How is this fair? Who made up this kind of rule? And why this kind of rule is designed in this way to hurt people who are not at fault in car accidents?

  • My car hits 100K mileage. What should I do?

The 2010 Camry SE has driven to 100K miles in 3 years. I am not sure how the previous owner got the car at 90K mileage a year ago when I decided to buy it for an incredible low price. In 2 years he put 90K mileage on it. Very strange. Anyways, I have the car now for a year, and I put 10K mileage on it. The car has given no problems, and the Toyota dealership I bought it from told me all parts were in excellent condition. I asked them about the timing belt, and they told me that the 2010 Camry SE doesn't come with a timing belt. Like I said, everything about the car works. But because I know this car has driven a lot by the previous owner, I am a bit worried. Also, the car has never bet in an accident, and when I bought it, there were no chips on the exterior. The car looked brand new with 90K mileage on it.

  • Did I see a ghost, demon or an angel?

For the past two weeks, I have been feeling someone touching me during my sleep that I would jump up to see what it is each time that happens. The touch feels like a physical being trying to wake me. And when I wake as in responding to the touch, I would see no one.

This morning, it occurred again, and when I responded to the touch, there was no one. Then I went back to sleep. A few minutes later, I felt the touched again, and this time I decided not to immediately respond to it. I stayed there with my eyes close, then after a while, I popped my eyes open in hopes to catch the phenomenon, and this time, finally, I opened my eyes to briefly see something. The "something" quickly turned into a VERY bright white light, and I kept my focus on it, I saw only two wings flying upwards towards the ceiling until it completely went through the ceiling. This occurrence lasted for less than 2 seconds. It was VERY brief. Only thing I could recall seeing were two wings.

Could this be a demon? Ghost? Angel? What's your thought?

  • Why most pedestrians don't stop for moving cars in parking lots?

As I shook my head in great disappointment while backing out of where I was parked when people could see my car moving and didn't bother to stop ( they just kept walking so I could hit them), I thought I would visit the most beloved, if not the most knowledge-sharing website, to ask the question:

Q: Why most pedestrians don't yield to moving vehicles in the parking lot?

I have came very close to hitting or running over kids accompanied by adults while backing out of the parking lot because they would walk straight into my way, and majority of the intentionally.

If you are one of those people who value your life less in the parking lot, can you please explain your reasons for not yielding to moving objects?

  • All auto window: Why isn't the new Camry's come with all auto windows?

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry SE which I'd like to trade in for the new Canry SE. My 2010 Camry SE comes with all auto window, which means it just requires a single touch of a button to scroll up/down the windows. The 2012 -13 don't have this feature. Why is this? My 2010 Camry SE is the 4 cylinder type.

I love this feature very much.

  • Is it safe to use FB ( Facebook) knowing that what you write or post may have you behind bars?

As most of you already know, posting content on FB may result in cops showing up at your door to handcuff you for simple things, such as jokingly commenting negative on a person's life ( i.e., I hope he dies.)

You are also in trouble if you admitted on your wall that you hit someone's car while you were drunk. You can also go to jail should you say you will end the world.

Because of the strictness these days on what we say, do you feel safe using social websites such as FB?

  • What do I need to upgrade my stock rims to a bigger size?

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry SE ( 4 cylinder) with 17' stock alloy rims on it. I've grown weary of the stock appearance of the rims that I want to change things a bit up.

I've heard upgrading your rims to a bigger size may affect the speedometer, as well as the quality feel of the car. I've also heard that one can upgrade their rims without affecting anything. What I am searching for from the Answers Community is guidelines and accurate information on what I need to go bigger without sacrificing ride quality and such.

I am interested in upgrading to 19" rims. Do I need anything special to supplement such upgrade, such as new braking system? Please help me better prepare for my anticipated upgrading of my stock rims.

Many thanks for taking your time to help. As always, your contribution to the Answers Community is always appreciated.

  • Iphone5 or Samsung Galaxy 3?

I am due for an upgrade and I would like for the Answers Community to help me decide on the Iphone5 and Samsung Galaxy smart-phones.

What I am looking for is info on why you refer the Iphone5 over the Samsung Galaxy 3 or why you prefer the Samsung Galaxy. The more informational your answer is, the greater your chance will be at being chosen as the best answer, as I like to read all answers and select one that I feel helps the most.

    Many thanks!

  • Who is more offensive: me or my wife?

My wife told my mother behind my back that I don't know how to communicate.

I told my mom and my aunt behind my wife's back to not listen to my wife when she is arguing because her goal is to always be right.

Who was more offensive in what they say?

She is saying I trashed talk her behind her back. But my question is: who was doing the trash talking?

  • Obama said in an interview today that gays should go ahead and get married. Does this not go against God?

And what will happen to the United States, which was built on Christianity, and how will Obama's support for same sex marriage affect the blessing of the country, and for him to be re-elected as President in the near future? Should Christians be worried about Obama's recent view on same sex marriage?

  • Psychologically, can a man and a woman be in a relationship and not have sex, as such saving it for marriage?

It is possible for a man and a woman to accept to be in a mutual relationship with one another ( her his girlfriend, and he her boyfriend) and not have sex until marriage? What about the strong emotional attachment issue? What about the strong desire to share this experience with one another? Is it possible for both of them to resist their feelings to wait until marriage?

I am having a hard time believing this, like a very, very hard time. I do not believe this can happen, unless we don't get involved in a relationship period. but I might be wrong.

  • What are some healthy choice fruit juice in individual boxed to take to school?

We send our daughter off to school each morning with home-made lunch ( including snacks) and drinks to help us conserve on spending. I would get those coke on sale for $12 for 4 packs ( each pack contains 12 sodas), which last for the whole month, but we would like to take our daughter completely off soda to feed her with healthier choices.

What drinks ( healthy ones) that come in individual boxes can I buy for my daughter for her to take to school, and in the same price range as those of sodas?

    Many thanks.
