shaq, duncan, or robinson?
who had a bigger impact on their teams their first year?
yea by records duncan did have the bigger impact, and it true that he did come into a very solid team with robinson, and robinson was pretty muhc injured all the year before so i guess that leaves robinson or shaq. duncan won in his 3rd year i believe.

I have to go with Duncan. Yes they did have a good team, but he made the team that much better. I almost hate to admit it because I'm not a Duncan fan. But I have to give credit where it is due.
Shaq came in the league and no team had an answer for him, but they still couldn't get it done. He didn't win a championship until a few years with the Lakers.
Robinson is my favorite of the 3 players. He had some good years and some not so good years. I don't think he always played to his potential. Plus injuries played a factor in that. One of his best years was before he retired and they had the Admiral and Duncan dominating the post.

If you go by records, it's Duncan. However, that ignores that fact that he was joining a team that was also brining back a Hall of Fame center who had been injured for all of the previous season.
