Brie Cheese?

Can anyone tell me.... is the rind of Classical Brie suppose to be eaten or cut off?

    Brie cheese can be eaten both with the rind on and off. The rind is all natural and the rind itself is actually cheese. You may or may not like it however just know that it is good to eat. BTW: Personally I don't like it since it's a bit too bitter so I just peel the rind (I can't stand anything at all that's bitter)

    your supposed to cut it into thin slices and serve with cracker if you like.

    You can do it either way--eat it or not...it's fine both ways.
