Torrent and ISP?
If i start bit torrent download, then this works fine, but i cannot use any other sites.
I think its ISP's fittings, to save bandwidth.
How can i fix this? is there a way to comeout of this? - other than changing ISP?
Till some time back it was perfectly fine.

I had this problem before. I had to go into bit torrent settings and decrease the amount of upload speed.
