Why would you want to hide it. She wants to know you are attracted to her. If you suddenly don't have your hard on she might think you aren't attracted to her anymore. Try moving in a position that doesn't make her notice it. Wear baggy pants or just tell her that she makes you get a hard on. She will probably feel flattered.

tuck it up under the waistline, it may be a little uncomfortable if she moves around but it works.
