Here's the top 10 signs:
10. Tender, swollen breasts
9. Fatigue
8. Implantation bleeding
7. Nausea or vomiting
6. Increased sensitivity to odors
5. Abdominal bloating
4. Frequent urination
3. A missed period
2. Your basal body temperature stays high
1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test
It's most likely you won't notice any symptoms until about the time you've missed a period — or a week or two later.
If you're not keeping track of your menstrual cycle or if it varies widely from one month to the next, you may not be sure when to expect your period. But if you have some of the symptoms -- not all women get them all -- and you haven't had a period for a while, you may very well be pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test to find out for sure!
Added:
As for your second question, By 14 days after fertilization (about the time you would expect your period), some home pregnancy tests may be able to detect the hormone in your urine and give you a positive result. You're much more likely to get an accurate result if you wait until a week after your expected period before testing.

You could be. Did you take the morning after pill within three days? And btw, thats really not a form of contraception.
If you're period was due, then you can take a hpt to find out if you are pregnant or not. Hope everything goes ok.

Instead of using the Plan B pill, why don't you invest in the Plan A pill so that you don't have to be on here asking if you're pregnant? The Plan B pill is almost always effective, but there is still a chance it didn't work and you could still be pregnant. Go get some birth control if you aren't ready for a baby, it's a simple concept!

If you think you're showing symptoms, take a test once it's been about fifteen days since you had sex.

Why did you let him do it in you without a condom. That's so stupid.
