you could wear a collared shirt and tie. but if your talking about your graduation party just wear a polo and some kacky pants.

At our school, students wear a white shirt with a tie and a pair of dress slacks.

Depends on if its outdoors or indoors. If its outside the dress will be much more relaxed (especially if it is hot), if it is inside I suggest wearing a nice shirt and maybe a tie.
