Go to cvs or target. there are sooooooo many nice ones.

I use one by Mac that I really like, ( although you cannot find it at a drug store) - it is blue and it is bright. But you should be able to find what you are looking for by browsing at the store- good luck

Almay, MAC and Rimmel London all have some great bright eyeliners that can be found anywhere.

i work at cvs pharmacy.

we have a brand called "milani" that has lots of colored eyeliners.

also, loreal has a product called "hip" that has bright colored ones.

try sally beauty/ wal greens in the makeup section. good luck.

look around at the makeup area at cvs, walgreens, etc

or from sephora, m.a.c., etc.
